Meet Our Experienced Team

Founded in 2021 by Scott and Fiona Fraser

After many years building successful careers working for other organisations, we decided it was time to launch our own venture and bring our combined expertise directly to clients.

We started by specialising in high-quality AV Services, delivering reliable solutions for events, corporate presentations, installations, and more.

In recent years, Fiona transitioned away from a previous role, allowing us to expand our offerings significantly. This opened the door to a full range of HR services, including recruitment, training, employee relations, compliance support, and people strategy—drawing on deep industry experience to help businesses build stronger teams.

Today, we proudly provide an integrated mix of AV and HR solutions, helping clients create engaging experiences and supportive workplaces under one trusted roof.
